Letter of Agreement:  Please download the following Adobe PDF file, which you can print, sign and mail or bring personally to the Rectory with your deposit in order to reserve a space for you at the feast.  Spaces will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Permit Application:  This Adobe PDF file is available to download and print in the event you do not have a permit to sell food or merchandise.  You can fill it out and bring to the proper agency to obtain a permit.  In order to participate as a Vendor in our festivals, you will need to present to us a valid permit and your signed portion of the above Letter of Agreement.
